Every RFPwon auction is private, invitation-only, and vendor-agnostic. Free for procurement — we collect a 10% savings fee only when you save.

Procurement departments invite their own vendors by email. Only invited vendors can bid. No spam.

The starting price is the highest vendor quote you've already received. Each new bid must beat the current lowest.

Any bid in the last 5 minutes extends the auction by 5 minutes — every vendor gets a fair last look.

When the auction closes, we collect a 10% fee on the savings you captured. No savings, no fee.
