RFPwon exists because public and private organizations should not pay more than they have to for goods and services, and because the vendors who do the work deserve a fair shot at winning it.

We build for both sides of the market. Procurement teams use live reverse auctions to negotiate better prices with vendors they already trust, with a record that stands up to review. Vendors bid free when a buyer invites them, and can subscribe to RFP Response Management when they need a workspace to respond to buyer documents on their own.

We only succeed when buyers save. Procurement departments pay nothing upfront; we earn a share of verified savings at close. Vendors never pay to bid on invitations.

How we think about fairness

Fair competition beats favoritism. Invitation-only events, rank-not-price visibility for vendors, and exportable records give buyers control without shutting out qualified vendors. Serious tools, not hype.
